vast selectionspacious roomgreat variety
the breakfast buffet offered a vast selection. i found food from different cuisines. the rooms were spacious and well-kept. the hotel restaurants provided a great variety of dining options. i especially liked the balinese restaurant paon bali, its megibung menu was a highlight.
The internet connection was inconsistent. Videos sometimes struggled to load.

The hotel grounds were quite lovely. beautiful gardens were present. the room i stayed in was spacious and provided plenty of space. i found the staff to be friendly. They were always ready to assist.
The hotel didn't completely feel like a five-star experience. the check-in process felt transactional. It took a long time. i noticed loud music played until late. It kept the baby awake. the shower had cold water sometimes.

The breakfast buffet included many choices.
The check-in process was slow. It took a very long time. I also noticed the room had a musty smell and humidity. Not ideal for a relaxing vacation. The beach was not clean either.
